Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

Refunds Once we receive and confirm your returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Standard outbound shipping costs are included in the refund.

Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal may not apply to opened hygiene products or custom-made items.
